Our commitment
The Center for Cognition and Compassion wants centercc.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we do
- We test pages with automated accessibility tools and fix the issues they find.
- We aim for text alternatives for meaningful images, descriptive link names, sufficient color contrast, keyboard access, and pages that work on phones and with screen magnification.
- Our inventories and questionnaires are built with keyboard and screen-reader use in mind, and we fix problems as we find them.
Known limitations
Some older pages, embedded third-party content (such as payment pages from PayPal or Stripe) and older PDF documents may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working to improve them. If you need any content in another format, we will provide it.
