My team and I enjoy working collaboratively with clients, couples, families, and healthcare professionals to provide Tele-health Wellness and Assessment-Consultation services. The Wellness Services aim to support and optimize a person’s or families wellbeing. The Assessment-Consultation Services aim to assess neurological and psychological injuries or conditions.
Wellness Services

Pricing and Payment: Please contact us to determine pricing. If you have PPO insurance, we maybe considered out-of-network providers. Upon request, we will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to determine if they will reimburse for services. We do not work with insurance companies directly. We cannot guarantee your insurance company will reimburse you. We are fee-for-service. We accept the following payments: Check, Cash, and Credit Card.
