Payment and Registration
Pay for a class or service here. Once payment is received, you will be registered. Please write the name of the service on the next page, under description of the payment (e.g., Memory Mentor Class, Mindfulness Class, Individual Meetings etc.). Thank you for your payment.
Givings: Donate or Contribute
Financially support the Center and efforts by giving and contributing to our funds. This helps to provide scholarships, cover services for those in need, and supports community outreach, research and development. We welcome any financial givings.
- To sponsor a person to receive a service, please write the name of the service on the next page and email us with how you like us to support people with your financial givings (e.g., sponsor a friend, family, or give back to the community)
- For particular financial givings for scholarship, events, or supporting a person through a program, please consider givings of 500, 1k, or 3k. We are grateful for your support and contribution.
