Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Class:

MSC teaches you how to use mindfulness and compassion to soothe yourself in times of distress, build deeper and genuine connection with yourself and other, and embrace yourself with acceptance and love in moments of suffering. Self-compassion has been scientifically proven to enhance wellbeing, resilience, and self-esteem, while reducing depression, anxiety, and stress. MSC is not just a program, it is a way of living. Living with ourselves.

Caring for Our Body (COB) Class:

A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Informed Class, 6 Weeks – $475

Health complications can, normally, make us feel alone, unheard, and invalidated. You don’t have to live like this. Drawing upon 30+ years of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) science and practices, we invite you to come and learn a practice that taps into your body’s inner wisdom to enhance rest, rejuvenation, and physical and psychological growth.

Memory Mentor:

Memory & Executive Functioning Training, 5 Weeks - $275

Struggling with forgetfulness, attention, time management, and organization? If yes, this class maybe right for you. 5 weeks, 90 minutes, 6pm-7:30pm, Wednesdays, start date TBD.

Please note that while classes and training can be therapeutic and reduce suffering, they are not psychotherapy or mental health services, and do not constitute a doctor-patient or therapist-client role. Please note that if you are experiencing severe psychiatric distress, it is best to ask if these classes would be appropriate at this stage of your wellness from a behavioral health provider before starting a class. Some choose to wait until they do not experience severe psychiatric distress. Some who are suffering with moderate or severe psychiatric conditions may wish to connect with a therapist while they go through the classes.
